IN THEIR OWN WORDS....THANK YOU

Princess and Rainbow
To the great people of the Net Posse,

I am not often searching for words to communicate how I feel, but I am at
this moment.  My words can't express how Diane and I feel, but I will try.

As a young man of 23 years old I was an officer in the Army in Vietnam.  To survive you had to become numb, and "hard".   My wife, my daughters, and my
grandchildren and friends have helped me open up and feel life fully again.

The Net Posse has put the final touch on my "coming home".  Our arms are reaching out and hugging all of you.

When someone violates your family, like when Princess and Rainbow were
taken from us, it is easy to become sour on people.  What happened to us was
wonderful.  Debi and all of you came into our lives and gave us a renewed faith
in human beings.  There is no doubt that without the Net Posse, we would not
have our family whole again.  I hope all of you are sharing in our joy, you have
every right to do that.

I want all of you to know that this isn't over.  We are mad as hell, we
will be there every step of the way as these ********'s are brought to justice.
We are determined to all we can to change laws in Ohio, and elsewhere so this
terrible crime is less prominent. Be assured that with all the press on our
situation, the auction houses are feeling severe heat.

Thank you for giving us a happy holiday.  May you and your families have
the most blessed Holiday's ever.

Now I can explain to my four year old grandsons how many great loving people there are in out great Country.

God bless all of you and GOD BLESS AMERICA

Tim Waechter

Midnight and Blackjack
After only a week, we have received our Christmas Miracle and our babies are home.

My husband was crying when he told me the police called to tell him they were pretty sure they knew where our horses were.  The next two days we were on pins and needles before finally getting the go ahead to pick them up.

Blackjack, our attitude horse, had developed more of one.  He was not happy at the disruption of his life either.

Midnight, our gentle soul, fared a bit worse.  Either he was not fed or didn't eat, because you can see every one of his ribs and his hip bones.  He is not as trusting as before, but we're loving on them, talking soothingly, and hope we can make them forget the past week.

We not only have our horses back, but I really feel like I have my life back. The anguish of not knowing is gone.  The hours of both phones in my ear and fingers on the computer keyboard all at the same time are gone.

Unfortunately, the innocence and peace of mind are also gone.  We're still scrambling to get extra security measures in place.  I find myself counting heads more often throughout the day.  Any vehicle passing my house is under more scrutiny.

We are thrilled to have them back. We are grateful to all who printed and posted flyers, which directly led to their discovery.  We are grateful to NetPosse for getting the flyer up on the internet.  We are grateful for the many happy e-mails of other horse people sharing in our joy.

Thank you all for bringing back Christmas.
